Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at thesegoods. We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:


1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition

  • Non-returnable items include:

    • Custom-made or personalized products

    • Pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

    • Clearance or final sale items


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Log into your account and go to “My Orders”

  2. Email support@thesegoods.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

  3. Once approved, we will send you the return address and instructions

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you by email

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will resend the item or issue a full refund.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
